They are always rude never say welcome in or greet you. I ordered coffee and they didn’t put the lid on tight so it spilled everywhere. I would avoid this location at all possibility

I stopped by the Dunkin’ location on Green and Neil Street. The location itself is great and very convenient, especially being close to campus. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The cashier was very rude during the interaction. When customers are paying for their food, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected. A simple polite attitude goes a long way, but that was definitely missing during my visit. The location has great potential because of where it’s situated, but the customer service really needs improvement. I hope management looks into this because better service would make a big difference for customers.

Cashier took my order, took my money, handed me the food and the said, “the manager said no chipotle wraps anymore, so it’s a regular wrap”. I asked for my money back. The manager came and argued about giving me my money back. I told her, “whatever guidelines she set are fine but that’s something you say when someone’s ordering, not after they’ve paid.” And reiterated I wanted a refund and asked for her name. She said she “don't have a name and I can call whoever I want but not with her name”. Honestly irritating because I take my daughter to Dunkin 4-5x a week, but we will stick with the one on prospect from now on.

Dear Dunkin, Phenomenal service at this location I consider to be the best Dunkin close to a college campus but not conjested by seasonal traffic 🤌 Please thank Sabrina for collabing on the brown sugar oatmilk magic latte ... wow 🎯 As a Large drinker that tries my best to enjoy without letting water'd down ice cubes ruin the longevity of the beverage 🕤 Perhaps consider a special drink that uses frozen espresso cubes to maintain the integrity of something so special as this sensation of sipableness you've summoned 👸 💯 Rich Regards, James Fury Also #DoorDashFlash approves as we got an order from the store waiting in the parking lot after coming down from first sip fever 🤣

I walked in there today and said please make sure my chorizo wrap is cooked all the way through since it has not been the prior four times. I don’t know what possessed me not to check it but once I got home, I realized it’s barely cooked at all. It’s literally cold to the touch. I’m all for people making mistakes, but when your job is to serve the public with food. I would think the least you could do is make sure the food is thoroughly. I tried to call and speak with a manager, but of course nobody answers, and the voicemail box is full. I do not recommend this location.
